Summary

La République française reconnaît que l’ensemble des textes qui ont institutionnalisé la réduction d’êtres humains à l’état de bien meuble, organisé leur transport et leur exploitation, leur mutilation ainsi que leur mise à mort, sont indissociables du crime contre l’humanité que constituent la traite et l’esclavage, reconnu par la loi n° 2001‑434 du 21 mai 2001 tendant à la reconnaissance de la traite et de l’esclavage en tant que crime contre l’humanité. »
