Summary

Après l’alinéa 25, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Lorsqu’il se prononce sur les modalités du droit de visite et d’hébergement, le juge prend obligatoirement en considération le refus exprimé par l’enfant de voir l’un de ses parents ou d’entretenir avec lui des relations, quel que soit son âge. Il ne peut passer outre ce refus que par décision spécialement motivée. »
