Summary

I. – A la première phrase de l’alinéa 3, substituer au mot : « ou », le mot : « , puis » II. – En conséquence, compléter la même première phrase du même alinéa 3 par les mots : « ou, lorsqu’une décision a été prise à l’égard d’un enfant en application de l’article L. 241‑6 du code de l’action sociale et des familles, à un établissement médico-social. » ; III. – En conséquence, à la seconde phrase dudit alinéa 3, après le mot : « établissement », insérer les mots : « de l’aide sociale à l’enfance ».
