Summary

I. – Après l’alinéa 5, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « 2° bis L’audition sans délai de la personne identifiée à l’encontre de laquelle existent une ou plusieurs raisons plausibles de soupçonner qu’elle a commis ou tenté de commettre le crime à l’origine dudit dépôt de plainte, sauf s’il est impossible de procéder à cette audition ou si les nécessités de l’enquête ou de l’instruction justifient de la différer. » II. – En conséquence, supprimer l’alinéa 8.
