Summary

I. – À l’alinéa 4, rétablir le b dans la rédaction suivante : « b) Il est ajouté un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « La sédation profonde et continue est un acte dont la traçabilité est assurée au titre des informations mentionnées aux articles L. 1461‑1 et L. 6113‑8 du présent code. » ; II. – En conséquence, à l’alinéa 5, rétablir le 2° dans la rédaction suivante : « 2° Au début du premier alinéa du b du III de l’article L. 1541‑2, les mots : « L’avant‑dernier » sont remplacés par les mots : « Le sixième ».
