Rédiger ainsi les alinéas 8 et 9 : « II. – Pour le recouvrement de sommes indûment versées à la suite d’un manquement délibéré ou de manœuvres frauduleuses, l’opérateur France Travail peut, en application de l’article L. 5426‑8‑1 du code du travail, effectuer des retenues sur les versements à venir. « Ces retenues sont effectuées dans la limite pour assurer le maintien d’un montant minimal de ressources laissé à la disposition du bénéficiaire en application de l’article L. 3252‑2 du même code. »
