Le 7 de l’article 261 du code général des impôts est complété par un 5° ainsi rédigé : « 5° Sont exclues du bénéfice de l’exonération les associations : « a) Dont l’objet ou l’activité est d’aider à l’entrée ou au maintien sur le territoire national d’étrangers en situation irrégulière ; « b) Reconnues responsables de dégradation ou d’occupation illicite de biens publics ou privés ou de rassemblements interdits. »
