Summary

I. – L’article 787 B du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° Au premier alinéa, le mot : « , agricole » est supprimé ; 2° Après le i , il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Sont totalement exonérés de droits de mutation à titre gratuit la totalité ou une quote-part indivise de l’ensemble des biens meubles et immeubles, corporels ou incorporels affectés à l’exploitation d’une entreprise individuelle agricole. » II – La charge pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à la taxe visée à l’article 235 ter ZD du code général des impôts.
