Summary

Avant le 31 décembre 2026, le Gouvernement remet au Parlement un rapport examinant les moyens permettant d'établir une contribution financière équitable, afin de faire participer financièrement les principaux acteurs du numérique au maintien des infrastructures qu'ils utilisent, à proportion de leur occupation de la bande passante. Ce rapport examine notamment la possibilité d'un recours au mécanisme de coopération renforcée comme moyen d'établir cette contribution.
