Summary

Le II de l’article L. 141‑1‑1 du code rural et de la pêche maritime est complété par une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Elle peut également, dans le même délai, sauf pour les opérations exemptées en application de l’article L. 143‑4, demander au tribunal judiciaire d’annuler une cession de droits démembrés si les informations transmises conformément au présent I sont incomplètes ou présentent un faisceau d’indices de nature à considérer que cette cession aurait pour principal motif de faire échec à son droit de préemption. »
