Summary

Le code de l’éducation est ainsi modifié : 1° Après le huitième alinéa de l’article L. 111‑1, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Les enseignants reçoivent, au cours de leur formation initiale et continue, une formation de prévention en santé auprès des enfants durant laquelle sont mis à leur disposition les outils pédagogiques développés par les rectorats afin de faire acquérir des compétences psychosociales et de la littératie en santé aux enfants. » 2° Après le septième alinéa de l’article L. 541‑1, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Les médecins de l’éducation nationale et les infirmiers de l’éducation nationale reçoivent, au cours de leur formation initiale et continue, une formation de prévention en santé auprès des enfants. »
