Summary

Après l’alinéa 10, insérer les quatre alinéas suivants : « L’interdiction prévue au premier alinéa n’est pas applicable lorsque deux conditions cumulatives sont réunies : « – l’entreprise qui organise les appels de prospection est située dans un périmètre géographique proche du consommateur ; « – l’appel propose une rencontre physique proche du lieu d’habitation de la personne démarchée. « Les deux périmètres géographiques précités sont fixés par décret. »
