Summary

Après le premier alinéa de l’article L. 1111‑7 du code de la santé publique, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Sous réserve de l’accord exprès du patient, l’infirmier, dans le cadre de ses compétences prévues à l’article L. 4311‑1, a accès à l’ensemble du dossier médical du patient afin de garantir une prise en charge complète et sécurisée du patient. »
