Après l’article 411‑6 du code pénal, il est inséré un article 411‑6‑1 ainsi rédigé : « Art 411‑6‑1 . – La méconnaissance de l’obligation prévue aux premier et deuxième alinéas de l’article L. 4122‑11 du code de la défense ou de l’opposition prévue au cinquième alinéa du même article est punie de cinq ans d’emprisonnement et de 75 000 euros d’amende. ».
