Summary

I. – Après l’alinéa 8, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : «  Art. L. 5121‑7‑1 . – Un accord interprofessionnel national mentionné à l’article L. 2232‑1 définit les modalités de majoration ou de minoration de cotisations des employeurs en fonction du nombre de salariés de plus de 55 ans présents dans leurs effectifs. « À défaut de conclusion d’un tel accord avant le 1 er septembre 2024, les conditions d’atteinte de cet objectif mentionnées au premier alinéa sont définies par voie réglementaire. » II. – Compléter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : « V. – La perte de recettes pour les organismes de sécurité sociale est compensée à due concurrence par la majoration de l’accise sur les tabacs prévue au chapitre IV du titre I er du livre III du code des impositions sur les biens et services. »
