Après l’alinéa 42, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Un décret fixe un seuil de superficie au-delà duquel les ouvrages de production d’énergie à partir de l’énergie solaire mentionnés aux articles L. 111‑27 A à L. 111‑28 sont comptabilisés comme surface artificialisée, au sens fixé par le décret n° 2022‑763 du 29 avril 2022 relatif à la nomenclature de l’artificialisation des sols pour la fixation et le suivi des objectifs dans les documents de planification et d’urbanisme ».
