Compléter cet article par les deux alinéas suivants : « 7° Est ajouté un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Les droits d’exploitation audiovisuelle mentionnés au présent article ne peuvent être cédés à une personne morale contrôlée, directement ou indirectement, par un État étranger ou par un fonds souverain étranger au sens du règlement UE 2019/452 du 19 mars 2019 établissant un cadre pour le filtrage des investissements directs étrangers dans l’Union européenne. Toute cession conclue en méconnaissance du présent alinéa est frappée de nullité absolue. »
