Summary

Dans un délai de six mois à compter de la promulgation de la présente loi, le Gouvernement remet au Parlement un rapport évaluant les perspectives d’harmonisation des dispositifs de reclassement des militaires et anciens militaires dans le cadre de la procédure mentionnée à l’article L. 4139‑2 du code de la défense et de celle mentionnée au chapitre I er du titre IV du livre II du code des pensions militaires d’invalidité et des victimes de guerre.
