Summary

I. – Substituer aux alinéas 10 à 12 les deux alinéas suivants : « a) Les deux premiers tableaux du premier alinéa sont supprimés ; « b) À la fin de la première ligne du troisième tableau du même premier alinéa, la date : « 31 décembre 2025 » est remplacée par la date : « 31 décembre 2028 ». » II. – Compléter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : « VI. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à l’accise sur les tabacs prévue au chapitre IV du titre I er du livre III du code des impositions sur les biens et services. »
