Summary

L’article L. 441‑6 du code de commerce est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Par dérogation aux deux premiers alinéas du présent article, le non-respect de l’échéance du 1 er mars prévue au IV de l’article L. 441‑4 est passible d’une amende administrative dont le montant ne peut excéder 200 000 € pour une personne physique et 1 000 000 € pour une personne morale. »
