Summary

L’article 15 de la loi n° 65‑557 du 10 juillet 1965 fixant le statut de la copropriété des immeubles bâtis est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « En cas de faute commise par le syndic ayant entraîné un préjudice pour le syndicat des copropriétaires, le président du conseil syndical est habilité à déclarer un sinistre auprès de la compagnie d’assurance de responsabilité civile du syndic afin que le syndicat soit indemnisé ».
