Summary

Après le II de l’article L. 114‑17 du code de la sécurité sociale, il est inséré un II bis ainsi rédigé : « II bis . – En cas de fraude constatée, la pénalité est au minimum égale au triple du montant fraudé pour la première infraction, au quintuple en cas de récidive, et entraîne une suspension des droits pour les infractions suivantes. »
