Summary

Après l’alinéa 5, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « En présence d’indices sérieux et concordants de fraude, les organismes de retraite obligatoire peuvent convoquer le bénéficiaire d’une prestation afin qu’il se présente, dans un délai de deux mois, devant l’organisme débiteur, un agent consulaire français territorialement compétent ou toute autorité ou organisme dûment habilité à cet effet dont la liste est fixée par décret en Conseil d’État. »
