Summary

Substituer à l’alinéa 93 les deux alinéas suivants : « Le congé supplémentaire de naissance peut être pris dans un délai de six mois après la fin du congé de maternité, de paternité et d’accueil de l’enfant ou d’adoption. Le salarié informe son employeur de la date et de la durée du congé au moins un mois à l’avance. « Un décret en Conseil d’État précise les modalités d’application du présent article. »
