Après le I de l’article L. 244 quater I du code général des impôts, il est inséré un I bis ainsi rédigé : « I bis . – Le bénéfice du crédit d’impôt créé par le présent article est également subordonné, pour les entreprises soumises à l’obligation de déclaration de performance extra financière prévue à l’article L. 225‐102‐1 du code de commerce, à la souscription d’engagements annuels en matière de réduction de leurs émissions de gaz à effet de serre. »
