Summary

I. – L’article 167 bis du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° Au IV, après la première occurrence du mot : « territoire » sont insérés les mots : « partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen » ; 2° Le premier alinéa du 2 du VII est ainsi modifié : a) À la première phrase, le mot :« deux » est remplacé par le mot :« quinze » ; b) La seconde phrase est supprimée ; 3° Le VIII est ainsi modifié : a) Au premier alinéa du 1, les mots : « l’opération d’échange ou d’apport répondant aux conditions d’application des articles 150‑0 B ou 150‑0 B ter intervenue » sont remplacés par les mots : « l’échange entrant dans le champ d’application de l’article 150‑0 B intervenu » ; b) Au 4, les mots : « des articles 244 bis A ou » sont remplacés par les mots : « de l’article » ; II. – Le III de l’article 112 de la loi n° 2018‑1317 du 28 décembre 2018 de finances pour 2019 est abrogé.
