Summary

I. – L’alinéa 26 est remplacé par les quatre alinéas suivants : « E. – L’article 244 quater L est ainsi modifié : « 1° Au I, l’année : « 2025 » est remplacée par l’année : « 2028 » « 2° Au premier alinéa du II, le montant : « 4 500 € » est remplacé par le montant : « 6 000 € », « 3° Au deuxième alinéa du II, le montant : « 5 000 € » est remplacé par le montant : « 7 000 € ». » II. – Compléter l’article par les deux alinéas suivants : « C. – Le E du I ne s’applique qu’aux sommes venant en déduction de l’impôt dû. « V. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à l’accise sur les tabacs prévue au chapitre IV du titre I du livre III du code des impositions sur les biens et services. »
