Summary

Après l’article L. 561‑15 du code monétaire et financier, il est inséré un article L. 561‑15‑1 A ainsi rédigé : « Art. L. 561‑15‑1 A . – Les personnes mentionnées aux 1° à 1° ter de l’article L. 561‑2 qui effectuent, à titre habituel, des opérations de transfert de fonds vers l’étranger déclarent à l’administration fiscale, selon des modalités fixées par décret en Conseil d’État, toute opération de transfert portant sur une somme supérieure à 10 000 € par trimestre et par bénéficiaire effectif. « Cette déclaration intervient sans préjudice des obligations prévues par le présent chapitre. « Les informations transmises sont limitées aux données strictement nécessaires à la lutte contre le blanchiment et la fraude fiscale. »
