Après l’alinéa 28, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Le Gouvernement remet au Parlement, au cours du mois de juillet de l’année 2027, un rapport présentant les recettes extra-budgétaires bénéficiant à la mission « Défense ». Ce rapport précise leur montant, leur origine, leur affectation, ainsi que leur caractère pérenne ou exceptionnel. Il évalue leur impact sur la sincérité et la soutenabilité de la programmation militaire. »
