Summary

Le dernier alinéa du II de l’article L. 212‑4 du code de l’environnement est complété par une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Au sein du collège des usagers, une priorité de représentation est accordée aux acteurs des secteurs primaire et secondaire, dont la part ne peut être inférieure à 60 % des sièges dudit collège, afin de garantir la prise en compte des impératifs de souveraineté alimentaire et industrielle. »
