Summary

L’article L. 143‑1 du code rural et de la pêche maritime est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Dans l’hypothèse où la société d’aménagement foncier et d’établissement rural n’a pas réussi à obtenir l’usufruit dans les délais fixés ci-dessus, calculés à la date de la décision de préemption, alors elle doit rétrocéder la nue-propriété à première demande à l’ancien détenteur de la nue-propriété ou à son ayant droit. »
