Summary

Après l’alinéa 12, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « Les exercices de préparation à la haute intensité exposent le militaire à un risque accru de mort ou de blessure. Dès lors, la Nation s’engage à octroyer une meilleure reconnaissance du sacrifice consenti quand celui-ci résulte d’un exercice, d’un entrainement ou d’une préparation exécuté sur ordre et présentant une dangerosité particulière. « Dans cette perspective, il est fixé comme objectif au 1 er janvier 2027, d’attribuer la mention « Mort pour le service de la Nation » à tout militaire qui trouve la mort dans ces conditions et d’octroyer les mesures de protection qui y sont attachées, à leurs ayants droits et au conjoint survivant. »
