Après l’article L. 114‑12‑4 du code de la sécurité sociale, il est inséré un article L. 114‑12‑5 ainsi rédigé : « Art. L. 114‑12‑5. – Lorsqu’une fraude aux prestations sociales est caractérisée et concerne une personne qui ne dispose pas d’un titre de séjour en cours de validité exigé pour l’ouverture ou le maintien des droits, l’organisme débiteur en informe sans délai l’autorité administrative territorialement compétente. »
