Summary

Après l’alinéa 2, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Le contrat d’objectifs et de performance doit inclure une clause de transparence sur les rémunérations des dirigeants, liée à l’atteinte des objectifs. Cette clause sera soumise au contrôle des commissions permanentes de l’Assemblée nationale et du Sénat chargées des finances, conformément à l’article 1 er de la présente loi. »
