Summary

Après l’alinéa 81, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Le refus mentionné au 1° ne peut être caractérisé qu’après une demande de transmission de l’attestation adressée à l’intéressé par tout moyen conférant date certaine, l’informant du délai dans lequel cette transmission doit intervenir, des conséquences attachées à son refus et de la possibilité de faire connaître toute difficulté technique ou motif légitime faisant obstacle à cette transmission. »
