Summary

Dans un délai d’un an à compter de la promulgation de la présente loi, le Gouvernement remet au Parlement un rapport faisant état des incidences de la dégradation de l’habitat quant au fonctionnement du marché de l’assurance. Le rapport dresse notamment un état des lieux des difficultés rencontrées pour conclure des conventions d’assurance par les syndicats de copropriétaires, les opérateurs chargés de la requalification des quartiers et les concessionnaires d’aménagement dans des secteurs frappés par une concentration d’habitats vétustes, dégradés ou indignes.
