Après l’alinéa 8, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « L’Autorité de la concurrence remet au Gouvernement dans les douze mois qui suivent la promulgation de la loi n° du visant à sécuriser et réguler l'espace numérique, un rapport présentant un état des lieux de la consommation de ce type d’avoir et formulant un avis sur l’opportunité de proposer un encadrement complémentaire de ces derniers, par exemple concernant les montants d’avoirs pouvant être proposés par les fournisseurs de services d’informatique en nuage. »
