Summary

I. – À la première phrase de l’alinéa 5, substituer au mot : « signifiée », le mot : « notifiée ». II. – En conséquence, après la première phrase du même alinéa, insérer la phrase suivante : « Cette notification comporte l’adresse électronique du notifiant, la description du contenu litigieux ayant entraîné la condamnation, sa localisation précise et, le cas échéant, la ou les adresses électroniques auxquelles il est rendu accessible ainsi que les motifs légaux pour lesquels le contenu litigieux a fait l’objet d’une condamnation. »
