Après l’alinéa 11, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « II bis . – Après l’article L. 427‑2 du code de l’environnement, il est inséré un article L. 427‑2‑1 ainsi rédigé : « Art. L. 427‑2‑1 . – Les missions ordonnées par l’autorité administrative compétente ouvrent droit à autorisation d’absence du lieutenant de louveterie pendant son temps de travail. Cette autorisation ne peut être refusée que si les nécessités du fonctionnement de l’entreprise ou du service public s’y opposent. Le refus est motivé, notifié à l’intéressé et transmis à l’autorité administrative compétente. » .
