Après l’alinéa 11, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « II bis – Après l’article L. 427‑2‑2 du code de l’environnement, il est inséré un article L. 427‑2‑1 ainsi rédigé : « Art. L. 427‑2-1 . – Les lieutenants de louveterie peuvent conclure avec leur employeur une convention définissant les modalités de leur disponibilité pour les missions ordonnées par l’autorité administrative compétente. Cette convention veille à assurer la compatibilité de cette disponibilité avec les nécessités du fonctionnement de l’entreprise ou du service public ».
