Summary

Après l’article L. 512‑5 du code de la sécurité intérieure, il est inséré un article L. 512‑5‑1 ainsi rédigé : « Art. L. 512‑5‑1. – Dans les lieux accessibles au public, les agents de la police municipale sont habilités à constater la présence d’envois ou de colis contenant, ou susceptibles de contenir, des produits du tabac en violation de la réglementation. « Ils en informent sans délai les services de l’État compétents et peuvent, le cas échéant, en assurer la sécurisation dans l’attente de leur prise en charge. »
