Summary

I. – Le II de l’article 244 quater B du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° À la seconde phrase du a , les mots : « acquis ou achevés avant le 1 er janvier 1991 ainsi que celles des immeubles dont le permis de construire a été délivré avant le 1 er janvier 1991 » sont supprimés ; 2° Le c est abrogé. II. – Les dispositions résultant du I s’appliquent aux dépenses exposées à compter du 1 er janvier 2026.
