Summary

I. – Le 2 du I de l’article 73 du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° Au 1°, le montant : « 150 000 € » est remplacé par le montant : « 250 000 € » ; 2° Au 2°, le le montant : « 150 000 € » est remplacé par le montant : « 250 000 € » ; II. – La perte de recettes résultant pour l’État des I, II et III est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à l’accise sur les tabacs prévue au chapitre IV du titre Ier du livre III du code des impositions sur les biens et services.
