Summary

I. – Aux 1° et 2° du I et au second alinéa du 2° du VII de l’article 238  quindecies , après chacune des trois occurrences du mot : « vénale, » sont insérés les mots : « à l’exception des valeurs immeubles et de l’actif circulant ».  II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à l’accise sur les tabacs prévue au chapitre IV du titre I er  du livre III du code des impositions sur les biens et services.
