Summary

Après la ligne 1 du tableau de l’alinéa 1, insérer la ligne suivante : « 3 bis Art. 235 ter ZD du code général des impôts Taxe sur les transactions financières (TTF) État Agence française de développement (AFD) 5 750 000 000 2 530 000 000 » II. – En conséquence, après l’alinéa 4, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « II bis . – L’article 235 ter ZD du code général des impôts est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « « XIV. – Le produit de la taxe est affecté à l’Agence française de développement dans la limite d’un plafond annuel ». » III. – Compléter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : « XIV. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à l’accise sur les tabacs prévue au chapitre IV du titre I er du livre III du code des impositions sur les biens et services. »
