Summary

I. – Après le 9° septies de l’article 81 du code général des impôts, sont insérés des 9° octies et 9 nonies ainsi rédigés : « 9° octies Les rémunérations versées aux aidants familiaux en application des premier et deuxième alinéas de l’article L. 245‑12 du code de l’action sociale et de la famille. « 9° nonies Les dédommagements versés aux aidants familiaux en application du premier alinéa du même article L. 245‑12. » II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
