Summary

I. – Substituer aux alinéas 13 et 14 les deux alinéas suivants : « a) Après le premier alinéa, supprimer les deux premiers tableaux « b) A la première ligne du troisième tableau, remplacer l’année : » 2025 » par l’année : « 2028 ». » II. – Procéder aux deux mêmes substitutions aux alinéas 16 et 17. III. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à l’accise sur les tabacs prévue au chapitre IV du titre I er du livre III du code des impositions sur les biens et services.
