Summary

L’article L. 143‑8 du code rural et de la pêche maritime est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Le délai dans lequel la société d’aménagement foncier et d’établissement rural peut exercer son droit de préemption est ramené à un mois à compter de la réception de la notification mentionnée à l’article L. 141‑1-1. Le silence gardé par la société à l’expiration de ce délai vaut renonciation définitive à l’exercice du droit de préemption et ne peut être remis en cause. »
