Summary

Après l’alinéa 5, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « 12° Lorsqu’elle est commise sur des terrains affectés à une activité agricole au sens de l’article 311‑1 du code rural et de la pêche maritime. Ces infractions doivent donner lieu à une évacuation forcée immédiate des occupants ordonnée par le préfet. L’autorité administrative compétente doit également ordonner la remise en état des lieux aux frais des occupants sans droit ni titre. »
