Summary

Le chapitre III du titre III du livre I er de la deuxième partie du code de la santé publique est complété par un article L. 2133‑3 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 2133‑3.  – Les messages publicitaires et activités promotionnelles en faveur de produits alimentaires et boissons trop riches en sucre, sel ou matières grasses et ayant pour cible les enfants de moins de seize ans sont interdits sur tout support de communication radiophonique, audiovisuel et électronique. « Les modalités d’application du présent article sont déterminées par décret. »
